Job summary

Une entreprise de consultants en ressources humaines recherche un comptable pour gérer les transactions bancaires et le rapprochement des comptes. Le candidat idéal gérera la paie, les factures et des opérations de comptabilité diversifiées pour un restaurant et un lieu de fonction. Les candidats doivent avoir une qualification pertinente et une expérience dans le domaine comptable.

Qualifications

• Expérience requise en comptabilité.
• Capacité à traiter des factures et des paiements.
• Connaissance des logiciels de comptabilité est un plus.

Responsibilities

• Traitement des transactions bancaires et rapprochement des comptes jusqu'au bilan.
• Gestion des factures fournisseurs et préparation des paiements hebdomadaires.
• Traitement de la paie et soumissions statutaires (PAYE, UIF, COIDA).

• Process bank transactions and reconcile accounts up to trial balance
• Processing creditors and debtors invoices
• Reconciliation of supplier invoices and prepare weekly payment schedule
• Manage petty cash
• Monthly management accounts for restaurant and function venue
• Assist restaurant managers with stock takes
• Payroll processing and statutory submissions (PAYE, UIF, COIDA)
• VAT processing and submission
