Key Performance Areas :

Report to the Finance Manager :

Bookkeeping duties :

Daily duties :

• Books to Trial Balance minimum.
• Capture cashbook on Sage and report balances to Management.

Creditors Management.

• Creditors recons.
• Invoice processing.
• Account and payment reconciliations.
• Handling supplier queries.
• Ensure compliance with accounting practices, policies and procedures.

Account Management :

• Load and review all payments loaded to the bank.
• Allocate the cashbook in Sage to the general ledger.
• Responsibility for the bank recon and petty cash recon.
• Prepare and upload of the payroll taxes to SARS.
• Assist with implementing and documenting systems.
• Assist with year-end audit and bi-monthly FNB audit.
• Maintain the fixed asset register and calculate the depreciation.
• Draw special reports required by the FM, CFO and CEO.
