Job description
Job Responsibilities:
- Managing petty cash and sending reports/tracking on a daily basis.
- Supporting banking by sharing bank details with the payable team.
- Managing vendor invoice details to be shared with the department/management from time to time.
- Budgeting/forecasting of fund requirements, coordinating with various departments as needed.
- Fixed assets verification and updating of records as necessary.
- Debtors and creditors management reconciliations to be shared at regular intervals.
- Coordinating with the senior team for statutory dues related to the site.
- Data capturing and reconciliation of control accounts.
- Inter-location reconciliations as needed.
- Monthly provisions for MIS.
- Audit support and reports as required for the location.
