Job Description
A dynamic organisation is looking to appoint an experienced on-site Bookkeeper for a 2-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of permanency. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organised, and confident managing multiple financial and administrative functions in a fast-paced environment. Immediate start.

Responsibilities:

  • Process monthly workshop wages and leave records
  • Manage petty cash reconciliations and ensure proper documentation
  • Prepare EFT requisitions and process COD supplier invoices
  • Oversee supplier, forex, and call account payments via online banking
  • Reconcile and process company and fleet credit card transactions
  • Maintain accurate daily and monthly cashbook records and perform reconciliations
  • Assist with accounts receivable, including allocations and online shop discrepancies
  • Coordinate general office supply orders and archive finance documents


Requirements
  • Proven experience in bookkeeping and financial administration
  • Proficiency in Sage Evolution and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
  • Available immediately and able to work on-site
