Our Client in Germiston / Boksburg is seeking a Finance Administrator to join their team. This role covers the full bookkeeping function, including Debtors, Creditors and Payroll.
Experience & Knowledge:
Good Excel knowledge (commission calculations)
Experience calculating weekly wages
Manufacturing Background preferable
POSITION INFO: The Role:
Cashbook and Bank Reconciliation
Compile VAT report
Full Payroll function: Weekly Wages and Salaries on Sage Pastel (25+ weekly wages, 38 staff total), Month-end SARS reports, Provident fund payments, Union payments
Full Debtors function: Collections of overdue accounts, monthly statements and queries (R10mil - R15mil book size, 160+ monthly accounts)
Full Creditors function: Including reconciliations and queries (35-40 accounts monthly)
Ad-hoc activities: Order office supplies, perform personal errands for Directors
