Job summary

Farm Manager SA is seeking an experienced bookkeeper in Ixopo, KwaZulu-Natal. The role requires strong bookkeeping up to audit level, Excel proficiency, and familiarity with Sage/Pastel and PaySpace payroll.

You will handle cashbooks, creditors, debtors, inventory, and logistics-related processes, with a focus on accuracy and timely reporting. The position demands excellent communication, solid administration skills, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Accounting Diploma/ Degree or equivalent
• At least 5 years’ experience in an agricultural environment
• Proven bookkeeping experience up to audit stage
• Experience using Excel, Sage/Pastel and PaySpace payroll
• Computer literate
• Exceptional communication and reporting skills (written & verbal)
• General Administration skills
• Strong cashbook, creditors, debtors and inventory
• Extensive understanding of the portfolio of logistics principles
• Ability to work under pressure
• Valid driver’s license
