Responsibilities:
- Handle month-end tasks including journal entries, accruals/provisions, personnel worksheets, asset transactions, general ledger reconciliation, and reporting.
- Create and maintain the asset master data and conduct asset audits, lease management and generate acquisition reports.
- Conduct reconciliations of bank accounts and process entries from bank statements.
- Calculate and process VAT returns provide breakdowns of VAT returns as required.
- Ensure all necessary information are available as required for audits.
Qualifications:- National diploma in accounting or related field would be advantageous.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in accounting, finance or a related field.
- Experience with SAP required.
- Proficient knowledge of MS Office programs. (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.)
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
