Join Our Team as a Bookkeeper! We are seeking an organized and self-motivated individual to fill the position of Bookkeeper within our group of companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Bookkeeping up to balance sheet (cashbook processing and journals).
• Bank and GL reconciliations for all balance sheet accounts.
• Managing logbooks for company vehicles.
• VAT and EMP reconciliation and submission.
• Year-end closure and preparation of annual audit files.
• Creditors function, including monthly credit runs.
• Capturing purchase orders and general financial / administrative duties.

The Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Operations Management.
• 1-2 years of Operations Management experience.
• Fruit industry or FMCG knowledge (desirable).
• Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to excel in a high-pressure environment.
• At least 5 years experience within a Bookkeeper role, ideally within the Manufacturing industry.
• Working knowledge of General Ledger, Balance Sheet, SysPro, Bookkeeping, 5 years experience, and National Diploma.
• Strong team player capable of managing multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
• Adaptable and thrives in changing environments.
