Bond Registration Paralegal

Bond Registration Paralegal required in Benoni.

Experienced Bond Registration Paralegal with at least 3 to 5 years of experience in registering bonds for Absa Bank, Nedbank, Standard Bank, and First National Bank is required by a legal firm.

Immediate start – 3 month contract with possibility of becoming permanent thereafter.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handling bond registrations for multiple banks efficiently.
• Ensuring compliance with bank and legal requirements.
• Managing all bond-related documentation and processes.
• Liaising with clients, attorneys, and financial institutions.
• Maintaining accurate records and timelines.

Minimum Requirements:

• Highly proficient in legal systems – Legal Suite, E4, Gateway, Stordoc.
• Minimum 3 – 5 years’ related experience with the 4 major SA banks.
