Job Description:

As a Boilermaker/Fitter, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial machinery and equipment. This includes building, shaping, and maintaining critical dies and components essential to manufacturing processes. You will utilize various tools and techniques, including welding and fabrication, to support smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform welding and fabrication work (CO2 and ARC welding) to repair and maintain equipment.
  • Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical systems, including building and shaping dies.
  • Assist in the installation and assembly of machinery and metal structures.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards in a high-demand manufacturing environment.
  • Collaborate with team members and departments to minimize downtime and enhance equipment performance.
  • Conduct routine maintenance to prevent mechanical failures and ensure optimal equipment functionality.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to execute design specifications accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications:
