Qualifications

Job description

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Propel Autism is seeking passionate, results-oriented clinicians to help us deliver transformative care for children with Autism.

As a Center-based BCBA, your responsibilities will include:
  1. Conducting skills and behavior assessments to understand your clients deeply
  2. Developing comprehensive treatment plans and evidence-based interventions
  3. Managing a caseload of 6-8 clients
  4. Supervising, supporting, and nurturing RBTs and BCBA fieldwork candidates to ensure high standards of care
  5. Reviewing session notes and data to monitor progress and treatment fidelity
  6. Collaborating with colleagues to achieve optimal clinical outcomes
  7. Empowering parents and caregivers through training to partner in their child's progress
  8. Meeting or exceeding a weekly billable treatment hour requirement of 27.5 hours

Requirements:
  • Master's Degree in Applied Behavioral Analysis, Psychology, or related field
  • Valid BCBA Certification
  • Applicable license to practice in Georgia
  • At least 1 year of experience as a BCBA
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
