Job description

Candidate will be responsible for administrative related enquiries as well as assist with the
running, advertising and marketing of the BnB.


Duties:
  1. Advertising and marketing of the BnB.
  2. Assist in booking in guests (all hours).
  3. Assist in cleaning the BnB and making beds.
  4. Assist in making breakfast for the guests.
  5. Assist with advertising and social media posts.
  6. Generally anything as required for admin and company processes.
  7. Answering phones and taking messages.
  8. Schedule and coordinate staff and other meetings.
  9. Assisting in booking company travel.
  10. Assisting in arranging company functions.
  11. Assisting in arranging purchase of promotional & company attire.

Requirements:
  1. Knowledge of Pastel and junior accounting experience.
  2. 3-5 years working experience in the hospitality sector.
  3. Knowledge of the filing system both electronic and physical.
  4. Marketing experience.
