Job description

Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Routine checks on the BMS System.
  2. Code of Conduct:
    • Promote TFS’s & the Client’s image and corporate citizenry through deliberate and coordinated activities.
    • Ensure TFS ethical values are adhered to at all times.
  3. Apply a methodical approach to work.
  4. Possess excellent negotiation skills to convince vendors & suppliers to agree on reasonable and equitable pricing.
  5. Demonstrate teamwork skills, with the ability to lead and motivate staff.
  6. Exhibit strong problem-solving skills.
  7. Maintain effective relationship management skills.
  8. Manage time efficiently.
  9. Delegate tasks and work effectively with diverse teams.

  11. Be computer literate and familiar with planned maintenance systems.
  12. Ensure effective maintenance of mechanical equipment within engineering standards and budget constraints.

  14. Investigate recurring faults and rectify issues promptly.
  15. Possess good knowledge of PC System terminology and techniques used in operations.
  16. Operate various technical equipment used in complex systems and follow oral and written instructions accurately.

  19. Hold a valid driver’s license.
  20. Exhibit excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

  1. Minimum N4 qualification in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  2. 3-5 years of heavy industrial experience in PLC and circuit fault finding.
  3. In-depth knowledge and experience with Allen Bradley PLC and circuits.
  4. Good knowledge of field devices and programming.
  5. 3-5 years of heavy industrial experience in heavy engineering as a supervisor or foreman.
  6. Proven experience in maintenance management.
  7. Ability to lead diverse teams and coordinate maintenance schedules effectively.
