Qualifications

• PhD or Master's in CS, cryptography, or related field.
• 5+ years in software engineering focusing on systems programming or distributed systems.
• Experience with blockchain consensus algorithms and cryptographic primitives.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize core blockchain protocols and consensus mechanisms.
• Implement cryptographic primitives and secure communication protocols.
• Research and develop novel blockchain architectures and features.
• Analyze and improve performance, scalability, and security of networks.
• Develop and maintain low-level node and network code.
• Document protocol designs and participate in peer reviews.
• Troubleshoot protocol-level issues.
