Qualifications

• Admitted Attorney with a minimum of 5 years of experience, ideally with a blend of in-house and law firm experience.
• Strong understanding of contract law, corporate law, and relevant regulatory frameworks.
• Proven experience in advising on commercial transactions and business development projects.
• Excellent analytical skills and the ability to provide pragmatic legal solutions.
