Joinimagine in Sandton is seeking a Blockchain Product Manager to lead the strategy and roadmap for blockchain-based solutions. You will bridge business needs and technical capabilities, defining vision, requirements, and launch plans for new crypto-driven products.

The role requires a deep understanding of crypto market and Web3, with strong communication and stakeholder management to drive product development in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Manager with a strong focus on blockchain technology or digital assets.
• Deep understanding of the crypto & blockchain landscape, including DeFi, NFTs, and Web3.
• Experience in gathering and prioritizing product requirements, and defining product roadmaps.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for blockchain products.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and user feedback gathering to identify product opportunities.
• Translate product strategy into detailed product requirements and user stories.
• Prioritize the product backlog and manage the product development lifecycle.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product launches.
• Monitor product performance post-launch and iterate based on data and user feedback.
