Qualifications

• Ph.D. or Master’s degree in a quantitative field is required.
• Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Perl and experience with bioinformatics libraries.
• Proficiency with Linux/Unix and command-line tools.
• Solid understanding of genomic data types, alignment, and variant calling.

Responsibilities

• Analyze high-throughput sequencing data (e.g., WGS, RNA-Seq) using bioinformatics pipelines.
