We are thrilled to announce an exciting new venture at our Durban site in Umhlanga! We’re looking for a Bilingual French Real-Time Analyst (RTA) to join our dynamic team and provide support for our Canadian and USA accounts.

Location: Durban – Umhlanga

Type: Onsite, Full-time

Languages Required: French & English (fluent in both, written and spoken)

About the Role:

As a Real-Time Analyst, you will be the heartbeat of our workforce management operation, monitoring call queues, agent adherence, and real-time KPIs to ensure optimal service levels across multiple accounts. You will play a vital role in enabling operational excellence for our North American clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor real-time call volume, staffing levels, and performance metrics.
  • Adjust staffing allocations and resources to meet service level targets.
