Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Bilingual Construction Field Manager / Foreman / Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will oversee field operations, manage teams, and ensure the successful execution of projects. Your bilingual skills will be essential in fostering communication between our diverse workforce and clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage field teams to ensure project goals are met efficiently.
  • Coordinate project schedules, resources, and logistics.
  • Act as a liaison between the field team and clients, utilizing your bilingual skills (English and Spanish) for communication and support.
  • Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure adherence to safety standards.
  • Address issues or concerns promptly, facilitating effective problem-solving.
  • Prepare reports on project status, performance metrics, and team development.

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
  • Proven experience in field management or recent completion of an Associate's Degree in Construction Management.
  • Experience with metal studs, rain screen facades, siding, and ACT.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel as needed.
