Bidvest Protea Coin has an exciting Learnership programme for unemployed candidates who have acquired an N6 qualification in Finance / Human Resources / Engineering at a TVET institution. Learners who join this programme will get to know the ins and outs of working within a top-tier security company.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS NEEDED TO APPLY: Before applying, please ensure that you meet ALL of the following minimum entry criteria – failure to satisfy all the requirements will result in your application being disqualified:

1. Education requirement: must have completed an N6 qualification in Finance / Human Resources / Engineering at a TVET institution
2. Must be between 18 and 30 years old
3. Must be committed to joining the learnership programme for 18 months
4. Must be able to train at the Head Office in Centurion, Gauteng or at one of the other national offices
5. Must have no previous experience
6. Must be currently unemployed
7. Must be computer literate
8. Must have strong numeracy and literacy skills
9. Must pay good attention to detail
10. Must have strong administration skills
11. Must be able to work in a team
12. Must have a sense of integrity
