You Bring:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, finance, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 8 years of experience in analytics, operations, management, or similar roles.
• Proficiency in coding languages such as JavaScript, Java, R, or Python.
• Experience with SQL, databases, scripting, and business intelligence tools.
• Knowledge of KPI Management and Quantitative Modelling.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across business functions and advise on analytics opportunities.
• Capability to manage multiple complex projects and handle ad hoc requests.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

What You’ll Do:

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead complex, time-critical analysis projects for senior leaders, developing prioritized approaches and executing timely solutions.
• Perform sophisticated quantitative analyses and advanced modeling to translate data into actionable insights.
• Create, prioritize, assign, and monitor tasks, ensuring progress on deliverables.
• Represent the team, organize, and lead meetings.
• Draft reports for the Business Intelligence Manager and recommend corrective actions to meet project goals.
• Identify potential conflicts and propose solutions.
• Mentor team members technically when needed.
• Contribute to technical architecture and development phases as required.
• Participate in performance assessments with the team and stakeholders.
• Coordinate bug fixes related to team work.
• Assist in onboarding new team members.
• Streamline processes and improve data quality across departments, including operations, finance, and support.
• Prepare ad hoc analyses and reports, providing insights, predictive analytics, and recommendations.

Domain Activity:

• Support the SDLC process to ensure project focus and delivery.
• Participate in domain development strategies.
• Assist in resolving personal conflicts within the team.
• Supervise team tasks according to team size and scope.

Knowledge Sharing:

• Identify knowledge gaps and facilitate upskilling through coaching and mentorship.
• Ensure effective knowledge transfer and address gaps if any.
