An established company seeks a talented Data & Marketing Analytics Professional to leverage data for strategic growth. This role focuses on driving performance insights across digital channels, optimizing user experiences, and delivering actionable reports through advanced data analytics tools like Power BI and SQL. The ideal candidate will be an expert in marketing metrics and possess strong automation skills, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Drive performance insights across digital channels (email, SMS, WhatsApp, etc.), optimize ROI and engagement, and run A / B tests to improve messaging, targeting, and pricing.
Track user behavior and feature adoption to inform product development, identify customer pain points, segment audiences, and enhance satisfaction and retention.
Build automated dashboards (e.g., Power BI) to streamline reporting, integrate data sources (GA4, LinkedIn Ads, Pipedrive, product usage), and ensure data accuracy and accessibility.
Analyze user journeys from signup to upgrade, identify friction points, model churn risk, and deliver insights that boost conversion, retention, and LTV.
Partner with Product, Sales, and Marketing to align strategies, improve lead targeting, and share insights that drive business decisions.
