Duties & Responsibilities

A leader in the Automotive Services industry is looking for a BI Specialist to execute the Business Intelligence lifecycle, delivering optimized and efficient BI solutions.

Main Mission:

This involves defining issue statements, identifying areas of improvement in business support processes, designing, developing, testing, implementing, executing, and end-to-end documentation of BI solutions to support users.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Produce effective, situational, and business-appropriate solutions.
• Ensure alignment with strategic objectives and quality compliance of your own and BI solutions.
• Query, analyze, and build financial reports.
• Share information, provide end-user and technical support, and conduct staff training.
• Keep up to date with new technological resources (research and development).
• Perform code reviews and refactoring.

Requirements

• 3 years of BI solutions delivery experience (Data Analytics / Data Mining).
• Proficiency in MS SQL, Power BI, SSAS, SSRS, SSIS, advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables).
• 2 years experience in data warehouse design.
• 1 year experience in cloud solutions development / data lakes.
• Scripting skills (DAX).
• Intermediate experience in C#.

Education

• Matric certificate.
• Microsoft BI / Data Analytics certification.
• Diploma or higher qualification in Corporate Finance or Management Finance.
