Bi Analyst And Architect - 1790

BI Analyst and Architect with extensive experience in relational databases (Oracle / PostgresSQL) and ETL, and experience in designing, developing, and implementing complex solutions with integrations to other technologies and solutions required for a reputable global company based in Gauteng.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Understanding of other BI Tools
• AWS S3
• Ability to develop within a specific sought-after programming language and/or Cloud services
• Strong working knowledge with software development tools, techniques, and approaches used to generate and prepare data to be used by the application solutions
• Cloud computing technologies, business drivers, and emerging computing trends
• Working within an Agile environment
• Oracle & ETL (Extract, Transform, and Load)

Data preparation for the Front-End Applications (e.g. SAP BO, Webi, QlikSense)

• Write SQL PL / SQL (packages, stored procedures, functions) and use Oracle Scheduler to automate ETL of source data for full and delta loads to an Oracle persistence layer.
• AWS (Amazon Web Services)

Quicksight Must have

• Glue ETL data integration
• Elastic Cloud Computing (EC2)
• Aurora PostgreSQL fully managed relational database engine
• Database Administration
