You will be responsible for responding to routine enquiries, carrying out complex inspections of high-risk food businesses, and ensuring full compliance with food safety and workplace health legislation.

This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical knowledge, a confident approach to enforcement, and the ability to build effective working relationships with local businesses and key stakeholders.
