Job summary

Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Greet guests upon arrival and assist with their luggage onboard the cruise ship.
  • Escort guests to their rooms and provide information about the ship's facilities and services.
  • Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, including collecting and delivering luggage to and from guest rooms.
  • Provide information and directions to guests, including recommendations for on-board activities and excursions.
  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally.
  • Maintain a clean and organized lobby and luggage storage area.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth guest service.
  • Adhere to safety and security procedures, reporting any incidents or concerns.
  • Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge of ship services.

Requirements :

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous customer service experience, preferably in hospitality.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills.
  • Physical ability to lift and carry luggage.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
