Qualifications

• Qualified Trade Tested Millwright with relevant electrical and mechanical maintenance experience.
• Experience in manufacturing or production plants.
• Proven breakdown and preventative maintenance capabilities.
• Strong fault-finding and hands-on equipment handling skills.
• Experience with shift work and ATEX environments.
• Exposure to PVC/plastics or building-product manufacturing.
• Familiarity with SAP or maintenance-management systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform breakdown maintenance on production equipment.
• Carry out preventative maintenance activities.
• Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults.
• Maintain and troubleshoot production machinery to ensure uptime.
• Support reliable and efficient plant operation.
• Collaborate with production operators to resolve equipment issues.
• Uphold high safety standards during maintenance tasks.
• Contribute to equipment reliability and operational performance.
