Remedy Recruitment Group is seeking confident and resilient Behaviour Mentors to support students with SEMH and behavioural needs across East London secondary schools and PRUs.

You will work 1:1 and in small groups, help with emotional regulation and engagement, and collaborate closely with pastoral teams to promote positive behaviour and wellbeing.

Formación

• Experience with challenging behaviour.
• Youth work or mentoring background desirable.
• Calm and professional approach.
