Job summary

Crew Life at Sea is seeking a qualified Beauty Therapist to deliver professional treatments to guests aboard an international cruise ship. You will perform facial and deep-cleansing treatments, manicure and pedicure services, and provide excellent guest care while upholding hygiene and safety standards.

Qualifications

We are seeking a qualified Beauty Therapist to provide professional beauty treatments to guests onboard an international cruise ship. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality treatments while maintaining excellent guest service, hygiene, and professional standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform professional facial and deep-cleansing treatments.
• Provide manicure and pedicure services.
• Consult with guests and recommend suitable treatments.
• Perform treatments safely and according to established procedures.
• Maintain a clean and hygienic treatment environment.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
• Deliver exceptional guest service.
• Support the daily operation of the beauty and spa area.

Requirements

• Basic training in cosmetology or recognised beauty therapy qualification.
• Experience with facial treatments, deep cleansing, manicures, and pedicures.
• Experience with HydraFacial and ultrasound treatments is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Professional appearance and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
• German language skills preferred.

Language Requirements

• Native German speaker or approximately Berlitz Level 4 German.
• Candidates with strong qualifications and fluent English may also be considered if willing to attend German lessons onboard.
