Job Title: Beauty Consultant (Roaming)

Location: KwaZulu-Natal, Durban

Key Responsibilities

1. Achieve Counter Sales Targets
   • Achieve monthly and annual sales budgets
   • Track counter and individual sales targets
   • Drive sales to meet targets
   • Assist in setting up and promoting sales at counter events
   • Provide feedback on sales and counter issues
2. Brand Management
   • Enhance brand awareness through grooming and uniform adherence
   • Monitor competitor activity
   • Maintain in-store ranking
   • Ensure stock is merchandised per guidelines
   • Report stock versus tester ratio and out-of-stock issues daily
   • Maintain hygiene standards according to brand standards
3. Client Experience
   • Uphold client experience standards
   • Build client relationships and loyalty
   • Attract new customers to increase the database
4. Administration
   • Complete and submit daily tracking sheets and weekly reports
   • Update and manage client records
5. Teamwork
   • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve budgets and support events
   • Support onboarding of new team members
   • Build relationships with retailers to meet objectives

Requirements/Qualifications

• Experience in retail and skincare
• Beauty/Somatology certification (advantageous)
