We have exciting opportunities in Clicks' stores for Beauty Advisors who will report to the Store Manager and service the beauty department.

Job Purpose

To deliver service excellence through professional and knowledgeable advice on beauty and skincare products, promote merchandise, and maintain general housekeeping to build customer loyalty and maximise sales.

Job Objectives

1. Consult with customers, answer product questions, and advise on suitable products and services.
2. Drive and maximise sales through promotion, cross-selling, and up-selling to meet targets.
3. Monitor sales, evaluate product performance, and suggest improvements.
4. Maintain updated knowledge of beauty products, trends, promotions, and events.
5. Manage operational activities including stock management, minimizing shrinkage, and maintaining housekeeping and administration standards.
6. Ensure visual merchandising and promotional standards are met.
7. Provide superior customer service as a brand ambassador, being visible and professional.
8. Promote Clicks clubcard and enroll new members to meet participation targets.
9. Increase profitability and brand loyalty by promoting private label and exclusive products.
10. Support the brand's position as the first choice retailer in health and beauty by embodying company values.

Qualifications and Experience

Desirable: Experience in beauty, skincare, retail, FMCG, sales, or marketing environments.

• Knowledge of customer service excellence and beauty products.
