Key Purpose of the Role

This role involves attending to customer queries, monitoring competition products, providing market feedback, ensuring beer quality, recommending interventions to the Team Leader, and developing new business avenues and relationships with retailers and customers.

Key Roles and Responsibilities
  1. Monitor and communicate distributor volume targets daily.
  2. Ensure compliance with model stocks for all brands and packs.
  3. Achieve all relevant sales KPIs such as pricing, availability, and visibility.
  4. Call on retail customers weekly.
  5. Maintain a presentable appearance and take action against non-compliance.
  6. Establish good relationships through effective communication channels.
  7. Provide timely feedback to customers and management on concerns.
  8. Maintain necessary trade documentation at all times.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Graduate in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Disciplined and hardworking.
  • At least 1 year of experience in marketing, sales, or distributing FMCG products.
