Talent Acquisition Specialist at Career Dynamics

BCom Graduate

Cape Town – Southern Suburbs, Office based - Strictly Only Cape Town residents will be considered.

Salary Includes benefits - Neg. based on experience.

We are looking for a BCom Graduate to the Debtors Manager and FD.

Join the finance team and develop your career in the fastest growing Industry in SA - a diverse and exciting position for a person who can manage practical day to day functions as well as financial oversight of the business.

Criteria:

1. Matric + Valid and Completed Qualifications B.COM
2. BCom Graduate + 1-2 years commercial experience post articles.
3. Able to work office hours – Mon – Friday 8-5pm.
4. Afrikaans and English fluent.

KPIs/Responsibilities:

1. Take books to trial balance for three companies.
2. Ensure that the trial balances are ready for audit on an annual basis and respond to any information requests and/or queries from the auditors.
3. All SARS functions for VAT/PAYE etc. for all the companies.
4. Ensure that reliable management accounts (profit/loss statements) are available for provisional taxes.
5. Daily Payments of large batches in RAND.
6. Weekly payments in USD and other currencies.
7. Handling and reconciling bank accounts in RAND and USD.
8. Reconciling credit card accounts.
9. Profit and loss done monthly.
10. Handling Petty Cash and all day-to-day operational tasks.
11. To be able to work under pressure and with constant interruptions.
12. Able to multitask and enjoy interaction with the rest of the office as well as being assertive and to be extremely discreet at the same time.
13. Handle large volume of Debtors and ensuring invoices are paid timorously and following up and resolving queries with clients, accordingly, sending monthly statements for certain clients by certain dates.
14. Dealing with the banks and receiving of monies daily.
