Job Description
Our graduate programme aims to attract passionate and creative talent that displays potential in growing their brand to become a well-rounded leader with a variety of soft and technical skills. Your learning journey will be supported through several rotations, where you will be exposed to the end-to-end life lifecycle of brand and marketing campaigns across the Business & Commercial Banking, this includes, above the line marketing, digital marketing, media buying, research, internal & external communication, client coverage marketing and client experience & events.
Key Responsibilities
- Marketing planning with various teams, business stakeholders and internal marketing teams.
- Campaign briefing, planning and creative/media agency collaborations.
- Conduct website and social media audits for the purposes of driving website traffic, increasing share of voice and optimizing client experience.
- Evaluate creative content, aligning it with BCB Marketing brand purpose.
- Analyse data and insights to develop strategies that will contribute to business growth, client experience and brand strength.
Qualifications
Bachelors Degree or Honours Degree in;

- Must be a South African citizen
- Must be under 30 years of age
- Maximum of two years’ work experience
- Minimum of 65% average over all years of study
