Synergy Jobs (Pty) Ltd in Sandton seeks an IntermediateBC Client Consultant to lead client engagements on large multinational projects, running as-is to-be workshops and guiding process improvements.

You will manage deliverables, provide remote and on-site consultation, document gaps, and drive product demonstrations, training and UAT sign-off. Requires 4+ years with Microsoft Business Central, strong PM & BA skills, and agile teamwork.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience working with Microsoft Business Central.
• Experience in BC consulting, with the ability to lead discussions with senior clients.
• Strong project management skills.
• Strong business analysis skills, including documenting complex processes and requirements.
• Proven experience in managing client relationships and expectations.
• Expertise in scope management and control.
• Technical proficiency and a natural aptitude for system implementations.
• Knowledge of data migration, including master data and opening financial balances.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with ability to simplify technical topics for diverse audiences.
• Solid understanding of customer service principles.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Ability to work independently and meet objectives on time.
• Accountability and ownership of results.
• Strong interpersonal skills and collaboration within teams.
• Strategic mindset with ability to contribute innovative ideas, and experience in agile teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as the client-facing consultant on large multinational projects.
• Lead "as-is" workshops and develop "to-be" processes.
• Manage project deliverables for clients.
• Provide both remote and on-site consultation services.
• Document product gaps identified during the implementation process.
• Build integrations with other financial systems using API technology.
• Collaborate with the product owner to ensure design and development accuracy.
• Deliver product demonstrations during client showcase sessions.
• Test the product and report any identified bugs.
• Conduct product training sessions with confidence and composure.
• Oversee User Acceptance Testing and sign off on product change completions.
• Ensure adherence to project deadlines and budgets.
• Stay updated with product roadmaps, changes, and updates.
• Contribute to department KPAs, providing feedback upwards and downwards.
• Follow standard company and departmental processes and procedures.
