Qualifications

• A relevant master’s degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Management or a closely related field at NQF Level 9.
• A doctoral degree in a relevant field would be advantageous.
• Demonstrated academic expertise relevant to the BBA curriculum.
• Minimum of five years’ experience in higher education, including undergraduate teaching and academic coordination or programme management.
• Experience in curriculum development, assessment design, moderation and academic quality assurance.
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide academic leadership, strategic direction and operational oversight for the BBA programme.
• Align programme with the institutional vision and manage lifecycle, teaching and learning strategy, and budget.
• Oversee admissions, webinars, assessment development and marking.
• Engage with industry partners, alumni and external stakeholders.
• Support student engagement, progression and completion.
• Gather and analyse longitudinal programme and student performance data.
• Participate in programme cyclical reviews and accreditation processes.
