Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Project Management or related field at NQF Level 9.
• A doctoral degree in a relevant field would be advantageous.
• Demonstrated academic expertise relevant to Project Management curriculum.

Responsibilities

• Provide academic leadership and strategic direction for the BCom Project Management Programme.
• Oversee programme lifecycle, teaching and learning strategy, and budget management.
• Collaborate with marketing and enrolment to communicate the programme’s value.
• Lead admissions, webinars, assessment development, and marking.
• Engage stakeholders and strengthen industry and alumni networks.
• Support student engagement, progression, and completion in distance learning.
• Analyse programme performance data to drive improvement.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality assurance requirements.
