Key Responsibilities :

Coffee Preparation :

Prepare and serve coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques for coffee drinks.

• Ensure consistency and quality of each coffee drink prepared.
• Clean and maintain equipment, including espresso machines and grinders.

Customer Service :

Greet all customers with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.

• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and providing recommendations when necessary.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly.

Process payments accurately using the cash register.

• Ensure that the cash register is balanced at the end of the shift.
• Follow company procedures for opening and closing the cash register.

Product Knowledge :

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of coffee products, brewing methods, and trends.

• Provide information about coffee blends, preparation methods, and various products offered in the store.

Inventory Management :

Assist with ordering and restocking coffee beans, milk, and other supplies.

• Monitor inventory levels and notify management when supplies are low.

Cleanliness :

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee shop.

• Follow health and safety guidelines when handling food and beverages.
• Ensure that the work area is clean and sanitized throughout the shift.

Teamwork :

Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operation of the coffee shop.
