Barberton Mines Experiential Learning Programme is a unique opportunity to gain necessary skills in the mining industry and also gain exposure to fields of expertise as well as acquire critical business competencies.

Barberton Mines aims to provide graduates with an opportunity to gain exposure to the work environment for a limited duration contract period of 2 years as a graduate intern.

Requirements

  1. A letter from a tertiary institution of learning, confirming the required in-service training for the field of study mentioned above
  2. Studying towards or completed N4
  3. Minimum pass rate of 60% and above
  4. Good communication skills
  5. Medically fit
