  • Expérience en ventes junior et réservations – un avantage.

Job description

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Preparing quotes, making follow-up calls with prospective clients and holding meetings with clients who are interested in hosting an event.
  • Quote, contract, invoice and manage all potential business through all available booking channels.
  • Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally, providing information on venue facilities, services, and pricing.
  • Host site inspections and at times in conjunction with the Sales team.
  • Prepare all function run sheets and documentation timeously including purchase orders for service providers.
  • To continuously seek ways to maximise revenues and profits by up-selling facilities and services.

What You Bring:

  • Previous Groups and Events experience, within a luxury environment - preferred.
  • Proven experience in event planning
  • Previous junior sales and reservations experience – advantageous.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent computer literacy.
