Position Overview

Purpose: Set up banquet rooms and serve food and beverages courteously and professionally, maintaining Pyramid Hotels' high standards.

Essential Functions

1. Set up banquet rooms with linen, serviceware, and glassware.
2. Attend pre-event meetings to learn details and expectations.
3. Greet guests and respond to requests courteously.
4. Serve food and beverages as instructed, ensuring consistency.
5. Clear dishes and replenish beverages promptly.
6. Practice teamwork and maintain cleanliness.
7. Reset banquet rooms after events for the next function, ensuring sanitation.
8. Attend monthly departmental meetings.
