Job Description

To provide a virtual or branch-based sales and service function by adding value to small businesses requiring financial and non-financial (e.g., platform business) solutions. This enables customers to pursue their ambitions, stimulate the economy, and contribute to South Africa’s growth.

Qualifications
  1. Educational Qualifications:
    • Minimum: Secondary School (Matric) or equivalent.
    • A diploma or degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
  2. Preferred:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
    • Licenses & Certifications:
      • FAIS Representative certification is often required, especially in regions with regulatory requirements.
      • Additional certifications in Risk Management, Credit Analysis, Commercial Banking, or Financial Services are advantageous.
    • Relevant Experience:
      • At least 3-5 years of experience in Relationship Management with business clients, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored solutions.
      • Experience in Retail, Business, or Commercial Banking, familiar with banking products and services.
      • Proven sales, portfolio management, and business development skills, particularly in enterprise or corporate banking.
      • Knowledge and experience in risk assessment, credit evaluation, and risk management.
      • Experience in client support and maintaining long-term relationships.
