Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience leading a band or music program in a professional setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills are required.
• Extensive knowledge of different music genres and engaging performances.
• Ability to read sheet music and arrange music for various instruments.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing schedules and environments.
• Experience performing in a cruise ship or similar setting is a plus.
