Working hours: Full time 09:00am - 04:00pm

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Band 6 or Band 7 Neurology Physiotherapist to join our client's team in East London. This role involves working with the Stroke and Neurosciences Team to provide specialised inpatient rehabilitation for patients with stroke and neurology conditions. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality physiotherapy services to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients. Responsibilities include:

  • Providing specialised inpatient rehabilitation for patients with stroke and neurology conditions.
  • Conducting comprehensive assessments and developing individualised treatment plans.
  • Implementing and evaluating physiotherapy interventions to promote recovery and independence.
  • Collaborating with the multidisciplinary Stroke and Neurosciences Team for coordinated patient care.
  • Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring timely documentation.
  • Participating in team meetings and case conferences.
  • Providing education and support to patients and families regarding physiotherapy and rehabilitation.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Degree in Physiotherapy or equivalent qualification.
  • Registration with the HCPC.
  • Experience in inpatient rehabilitation for stroke and neurology.
  • Strong clinical skills and ability to work autonomously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
