Job description

Rate : 40,000 basic salary, uncapped tiered commission

We are seeking an exceptionally skilled and motivated Audiologist or Hearing Aid Dispenser to join our esteemed client in Newcastle at The Hearing Care Partnership, which is rapidly expanding across the UK. This role involves working in vibrant areas such as Newcastle and other growth regions, where you will be responsible for providing comprehensive hearing care services.

The Hearing Care Partnership prioritizes patient care and provides comprehensive support and training to ensure their team excels. They offer ample time with patients, autonomy over schedules, and access to cutting-edge equipment including Video Otoscopy, Tympanometry, Speech Testing, REMs, Microsuction, and Irrigation tools.

As an independent, family-run business, they are not tied to specific hearing aid manufacturers, allowing for the selection of the most suitable solutions for patients. Their commitment to training includes a thorough three-week induction programme, ensuring new team members are fully equipped and confident, with additional training in wax removal if needed. Ongoing support from the clinical care team ensures continuous training and development, enabling the provision of the highest level of care and the enhancement of skills.

Key Responsibilities :

In this role, you will be responsible for conducting a variety of appointments, including assessments, aftercare, wax removal, and more. You will maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot hearing care equipment and ensure strict adherence to all relevant health and safety regulations. You will analyze and interpret complex hearing test results with a high degree of accuracy, maintain meticulous records and documentation, and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to deliver superior patient care.

Benefits Include :

  • Competitive 40,000 basic salary
  • Uncapped tiered commission (10%, 15%, and 20%) with an OTE of 120k
  • Quarterly bonus of 2,000

  • Generous annual leave (including coverage of commission during your first 25 days of leave)

Qualifications and Experience :

  • Bachelor's degree in Audiology or a related field
