Qualifications

• NQF2 Craft Baking Learnership or NQF2 Core Skills Programmes 1,2 & 3.
• In-store Practical Assessment required.

Responsibilities

• Product preparations in line with the recipe manual.
• Merchandising and visually appealing bakery displays.
• Deliver friendly customer service within the bakery.
• Maintain hygiene and safe working procedures.
• Deep clean post-production to prevent contamination.
• Assist with safety practices when operating bakery equipment.
• Support daily production planning and stock management.
• On-the-job training and teamwork.
