Bakery Production Manager - Cape Town

We are seeking to hire a Craft Bakery Production Manager with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar environment. The ideal candidate should be able to effectively manage production pressures, develop ergonomic workflows within the department, analyze sales data, and be proficient with computer software and programs.

The candidate must have excellent communication skills, both within the department and externally with suppliers. A strong trainer of staff, capable of setting up work schedules and preparation plans, with a solid understanding of sound manufacturing principles and wastage control.

The role involves monitoring staff performance and fostering improvement through positive disciplinary measures. The position is based in Claremont, Cape Town.
