Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of bakery associates to ensure exceptional service and high-quality baked goods.
• Manage all aspects of bakery operations, including production schedules, merchandising, inventory control, and food safety compliance.
• Some production will be handled by partner locations and transferred in.
• Train staff on baking techniques, safety protocols, and customer service.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the department in accordance with company standards.
• Monitor sales and implement strategies to drive department performance.
• Collaborate with store leadership to plan seasonal and promotional displays.
