Qualifications

• Matric or equivalent is required to start.
• Certification in Food Safety/Hygiene is advantageous.
• Qualification in Baking or Food Production is preferred.
• 3–5 years' bakery or fresh food retail experience.
• Experience in inventory management and waste reduction.
• Strong leadership and team development abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead bakery team to ensure high product quality.
• Manage stock and reduce waste in bakery operations.
• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met.
• Deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• Food Safety / Hygiene certification(added advantage)
• Baking or Food Production qualification
• 3 to 5 years’ experience in a bakery or fresh food retail environment
• Experience in managing inventory and reducing waste
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
