Job summary

Super Group IT Services is seeking an experienced Developer - Backend Integrations to design, develop, and support critical system integrations across enterprise platforms. You will work within the Digital Services team to enable seamless data exchange and secure inter-system workflows.

The role emphasizes API and service-based integration, strong coding standards, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Mentoring and driving best practices are key aspects of the position.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional back-end software development experience with C# and .NET, focusing on integrations.
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs, SOAP/web services, and message/file-based integrations (JSON/XML/CSV/SFTP).
• Strong understanding of OOP, design patterns, and integration patterns (ETL, publish/subscribe, etc.).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and CI/CD; knowledge of security best practices in integration contexts.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable integration solutions.
• Build and support APIs, web services, and system-to-system integrations.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, analysts, and vendors to deliver integration solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and promote best practices in code quality and maintainability.
• Drive performance optimization, incident resolution, and data integrity across systems.
